.VN 2nd Level to Launch to Public August 1st
DotVN Inc., the exclusive online registrar and the official authorized global marketing agent for Vietnam, will be releasing the second level .vn domain names on August 1st 2006 to the general public.
-Use only letters, letter and numbers, or hyphen (”-”).
-Do not enter spaces or other punctuation.
-Cannot begin or end with a hyphen.
-Must have at least 3 characters, but no more than 63 including .VN.
The price for 2nd level pre registration and registration is $200 USD/domain.
$200 USD is pretty high for a domain name itself..Am not sure how they plan but where we can have a .com for as low as $7, its bit high.
