Also - what happened to &lt;a href="http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/programs/sa/benefits/fundamentals.mspx" rel="nofollow"&gt;Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs&lt;/A&gt;, due last month?  That was supposed to be the stop gap between Windows 98 and Vista - at least as far as security patches go.
